Features

Initially, a six-wheel truck with all-wheel drive was developed for the Ministry of Defense. It has increased cross-country ability, high maneuverability and remains operational even in extreme conditions.

Today, the vehicle has spread throughout the country and is used in various industries. As a rule, this is the transportation of goods as part of a road train over long distances. An important role in this is played by the fact that the Maz 6x6 saddle truck will pass where other trucks cannot, so it delivers goods even to remote areas of the country with poor road surface, and not only on highways.

Minsk automobile plant produces several lines of trucks of this type, the vehicles in each of which differ in technical characteristics and dimensions.

Maz 6425

• All models are equipped with an engine from the Yaroslavl motor plant with a capacity of 330 to 420 hp.
• The new engines comply with the Euro-5 environmental standard.
• The gearbox is used from the same YAMZ or Chinese production, designed for 9-12 steps.
• Load capacity ranges from 13 to 21 tons, depending on the modification.

Cars are capable of speeds up to 90 km / h. Most modifications are equipped with a fuel tank for 350 liters. The exception is the model Maz-6425F9-551-051, designed for long-distance transportation. It provides two fuel tanks with a total volume of 550 liters.

Maz 6432

The line, known for two models, the main difference of which lies in the gearbox from German and Chinese suppliers. The machine is designed for operation as part of a road train. Its maximum load capacity is 21 tons.

In the" heart " of the car is a six-cylinder YAMZ engine with 412 HP, corresponding to the Euro-4 standard. The fuel tank is designed for 300 liters.

The design solution involves the installation of additional options at the request of the customer:

A car with an eight-cylinder powerful YAMZ engine of 420 hp is the basis of road trains capable of moving loads of several tens of tons. Designers did not apply many different solutions when creating a vehicle. The gearbox is installed from the same Yaroslavl engine plant and is designed for 9 steps. The large cabin is equipped with a sleeping place.

Perhaps the only significant difference between the vehicles of the line lies in the volume of the fuel tank. On cars for regional transportation, it is 350 liters., and if you need to carry out international crossings, it will not be superfluous to have an additional tank for 200 liters. Accordingly, the price depends on the availability of additional equipment elements.

Maz 73374

Improved machines with a maximum technically permissible load capacity of 20 tons are equipped with YAMZ diesel engines for 330 and 420 hp. regardless of the modification, compliance with the Euro-5 environmental standard remains, which makes the devices one of the best 6x6 trucks.

The minimum equipment includes a fuel tank for 350 liters, the main set of functions, one bed. At the request of the client, a second bed is installed, additional elements are mounted, the height of the cones is determined.
